Why Are We Doing What We’re Doing?
"America is a shining city upon a hill whose beacon of light guides freedom-living people everywhere.” -- Ronald Reagan 40th President of the United States
Freedom means choice, but freedom does not come free. Freedom requires discipline, especially when it comes to your health. If you have the discipline to become and stay healthy, the more choices you have in life, and the more “freedom-living” you can be. Your “freedom-living” self will have the opportunity to do amazing things like hike the far stretching Appalachian Trail, bike through the amber terrain of the Grand Canyon, deep water dive through the fluid coral reefs of Key Largo, or even go on a post-dinner walk through the winding streets of your neighborhood with family. 50Cups wants all Americans to be healthy, “freedom-living” individuals so that we can all enjoy the great things that this country has to offer. This is why we opened a tea shop that serves exceptional-quality, healthy, organic and locally sourced teas, coffee and pastries and are providing even better-quality resources that will work to improve the 50Cups community’s understanding about how our products can improve health and wellbeing, whether this is in the form of blogs, literature, or knowledgeable 50Cups employees.
Our goal is to embody America’s identity as a “beacon of light” that works to guide “freedom living” people everywhere as they work to improve their health. However, while 50Cups will serve as a map towards your best healthy life, it is up to you to not only start, but continue your betterment journey, regardless of how many turns you might have to make. At 50Cups, we are victors, not victims.
Our home is Raleigh, a vibrant community home to a solid folk of individuals that support one another. Raleigh is from where we are sourcing our coffee and baked goods and from where we are working with non-profits. However, Raleigh is our base: our aim is to create a network of “freedom- living” individuals across the country who have one shared goal: to be and to do better. United We Sip.
